Go to Vashj'ir - Kelp'thar Forest. Kill mobs there until you get [Technique: Origami Slime]. The drop rate is pretty high, don't get confused by wowhead data. The recipe will be green, but it only requires Resilient Parchment to make, which you can buy from Inscription supply vendors. Scavenged Dragon Horns are sold in Twilight Highlands by Una Kobuna in Dragonmaw Port for Horde and by Casandra Downs in Highbank for Alliance. These vendors are only available after the initial Twilight Highlands quests have been completed. The quests require at least level 84. These items are not bound when purchased, so you can buy them from other players or from the auction house.

Do not forget that 10 Blackfallow Ink can be traded for 1 Inferno Ink at Ink traders!
